well it is indeed draining and painful to watch...
but if we speak of reality there are many girls like raavi who are still living in this world facing abuse of their spouse and his family....some have given up and decide that its their fate...some of them fight and seperate...some try to give their spouse a chance....(marriage counselors, addiction centres)..and a very few succeed in changing their spouse behaviour and gaining respect...through their prayers, hardwork ,..and most importantly courage and love....because the girls who are in the same situation of raavi needs courage to fight back as well as courage to hold on when they deem their spouse is worthy of second chance....
and raavi slowly but steadly fighting back with shiva....and also showing patience to explain her point and not being impulsive ....
as for spouses like shiva ....
some because of their (anger,addiction) abuse their wives....
some continue to treat their spouse the same way despite being protested.
some try to change
seeking advice from family members ....
seeking advice from marriage counselors...
D-addiction centres...
but change is not a one time process....it takes time....
it depends on the WILL of such persons to change....
and shiva has shown the will to change and also taken steps towards it though little ...and that is why i believe raavi had given him a chance....not just because of love but because of seeing his will to change....
thats why this story seems realistic because eventhough a girl like raavi...seems fictional and too good to be true but they exist in our society and these extremely small percentage of girls by their courage, prayers and love even change their spouses.....
but since life is not a fairy tale and majority of them separate or just accept their fate...
either way both these situations happen and seeing this unfold in this serial is great....
