I’m pretty sure past winners have been questioning their wins and its credibility several times over the years. Recently after Alu Arjun, Alia, and Kriti’s wins. Before that after Akshay Kumar’s win. Before that years ago after Karishma Kapoor and even Saif Ali Khan’s wins. NA awards stopped being about merit only and it became about PR and connections. Kartik winning is shocking but given how strong his PR is not at all that surprising.

Allu arjun, Saif, akki, Karishma are good actors. yes maybe the movies were not worthy of NA nominations. but they were deserving. maybe they got it by PR but them winning still does not look eyesore to me.

less said about Alia is better.

But he was absolutely fantastic in Animal. I hated his character, as everyone should ,but he was just brilliant from beginning to end. Spectacular performance.

Unfortunately, Shahid was mid in Kabir Singh. Nothing spectacular about his performance for sure !

Alia doesn't deserve those do kaudi ke Filmfare awards , let alone any NA . It's just unthinkable.

Yami is most deserving, but not Mammootty (for this particular film) and no words on Kartik Aryaan as I haven't seen this film.
