Can we say reservation is not helping casteism so maybe policymakers should come up with alternative ways to deal with it? Because it's compromising merit too.

Everywhere caste... Caste ... Caste in the name of reservation. And then they expect casteism to decrease through reservation. 🤷 If anything, reservation is increasing casteism among people who never cared about caste.
