Yes to the first question. So let's suppose you make the arrow but you also have 5 extra numbers on that card. Don't mark those 5 extra numbers. Just the arrow shape.

Yes a row, column, or diagonal of 5 numbers. Those 5 numbers could include the free cell so it would technically be 4 numbers + free box.

All 3. You just tell me in PM that you're done and I'll check your bingo cards on the sheet myself to see how many you have. If I have any questions I'll PM you and ask you.
