Trailer is engaging but my biggest problem is that Yash ate up Ranbir in terms of screen presence. Ravana is powerful but Rama should have stood his impactful ground in other ways. Rama falling pale in comparison with Ravana should not be a viewer's takeway from the Ramayana trailer. The wig is not helping Ranbir's case either. Sai was neither good nor bad. The battle sequences were grand and marvellous, they will look amazing on the big screen.

It should be Ranbir's choice which of the roles offered to him he chooses to play... and the individual spectator's choice how this play is perceived... and lastly, one should not confound the role an actor plays with the person the actor is (imo).

Ranbir as Lord Ram, instead of calm & divine, he looks lost. kabhi bhi backpack uthake world tour pe jane wala feel araha hain.

Sai Pallavi as Sita maa, I never thought I would say this about Sai. But she wasn't the right choice for this role.

Thank god they titled it as Malhotra’s Ramayana, not Valmiki Ramayana.

620 likes and 1.1 K replies on the Ramayana trailer tells us that the trailer is not well received.

BUT the film will have a huge opening,one of the biggest,if not the biggest. Adipurush collected 400 cr worldwide.This will easily do more than twice. If the film is engaging enough, it may become the highest Indian grosser worldwide.

Lord Rama is the biggest superstar for Hindus across the world.
