There are 'manuals' (satirical ones but also analytical ones) how to become a dictator...which technics to employ in modern times ... however it doesn't hinder that autocratic systems - after a certain time - fail because of the inherent mistakes dictatorial/autocratic systems make which one can witness live now in India. Sometimes, I really wonder how much Modi really was informed or just served as a charismatic front.
