I think because neha didn't want to play someone that was elderly so she decided to move on

Neha didn't want to play an old women and since Naryani played Rhimjim as a old woman in Piya Ka Ghar, she has no problem playing a mother of a 20 year old son. 😳

Mamta quit cause she didn't want to play an elderly womam after the leap so they replaced her by Naryani
