3.3 TVT bcums 1.6 & not 1.7 & last week it was 1.5 or 1.6 so its only steady 4 time being. or increase by.1 only

i know it makes 1.65 but that doesn't mean its 1.7.if its above 1.65 then 2 u can't say its as 1.7. and i think its not 1.7 as week 7 has 1.5 while its sumwhere they wrote as 1.8 which is not true.bcoz on BV forum week 7 trp 4 UT was 1.5.
