Nani has not changed is it?

i came back to uttaran couple of weeks ago after almost a year break. Nani has not changed is it? seems like her hatred towards ichaa, damini and meethi is still there. i had thought she had changed after ichaa donated her heart and tapu is alive cos if ichaa. still she keeps on bad mouthing meethi?
