You can upload it to photobucket and copy the direct link..and then in your post under "Insert image" specify the link and click ok..Hope this helps!

i tried to through insert image but i could not

Your image size shouldnt exceed 150kb i guess..Try to save your image in jpg format rather than png format..because png takes up more memory..
