Does the WL ever decrease ???

OH hell i'm so mad about it... not bcoz my WL is high but bcoz i've been hanging around with this WL since past 14-15 months

Ok so i got a rise in WL like 14-15 months ago n the mod of that forum told me that IF until 3 months i dont break any rule then my WL will be reduced 😡

but u see i had exams n all issues not that i got inactive i became less active n actually it was a chat club so i was active in few of the CCs... and then i got inactive after about 3-4 months of that incident

n now that I'm active again the WL is never reduced

n i've heard that frm many of my frens that the WL is never really reduced 😕

now its so annoying that now that i have nt broken any rules since so many months... n i have got that WL

Its untolerable now!!!

u can not just promise that u'll reduce the WL after 3 months n dont reduce it even after so many months!!!😡

I need answers now VIJAY!!!!

is it bcoz its just said tht it'll be reduced n nevr will be reduced

OR is it bcoz the MOD perhaps dont want to reduce my WL

Why don't you get in touch with the Mod who raised it???

As far as I know if the member behaves well for three months the WL IS reduced but its not an automatic feature, you have to contact the Mod who gave it in the first place. But if you het no response or the person who gave it is no longer a Mod you can contact channel mod of the section. If channel mod is also not present then contact the global mods

But without contacting it won't happen

Hey,
there's nothing to worry, if your behaviour is nice, then you have high chances to get it removed. Now as above, Nandini said, in addition to that, WL Reduce is Not automatic feature. You can contact the person who raised it , via PM ,and ask her politely to remove it. If that member mod has taken Veteran status/inactive,then contact other Co-DTs of that forum. If co-DTs are also not there, simply PM Global Mods and you're done. :)

Speaking from experience :)

When your WL is raised, you've to wait for about 3 months before it can be reduced. Once the three month period is up, assuming the section DT hasn't contacted you regarding a possible reduction, it may be cause it slipped their mind. You could then send them a PM asking them to consider lowering your WL, and if you've displayed appropriate behavior site-wide, your WL will be reduced.

However, if the section DT in question isn't active, you can send a PM to the CM or the GMs, who will be able to help you out in the same manner.
