Need help on adding music to Posts

I am posting this on behalf of my friend who is having trouble in adding audio files to posts. as mentioned on the tutorial provided here, she did all the steps, from uploading the audio to making it exactly as mentioned. However when the comment is posted, the link doesn't work.

Can any one please help and solve this problem.
