Enough is enough.

for the past few weeks I have been unable to log off from IF and it is not just a problem with me either. Others have been unable to do the same as seen on another thread What is more disturbing is that no one is coming to our aid. This problem persists even after clearing history, cookies, tea, coffee and vodka (hic!) 😳. Is there no resolution to this and we are being held hostage for a reason? Is there life on other planets? What is the meaning of life? Will this issue be solved before the other two questions! 😃

I was recently shown a message to download the Java video player plugin, just to view IF, even though I have the latest Adobe flash player installed. 😕
Due to this, my PC was flooded with unwanted software/add-ons or plug-ins, which installed themselves automatically. I couldn't even use system restore to remove them. After many hours I managed to uninstall them, one by one and at the risk or more intrusion.
I also had to reset all my privacy settings and carry out a disk clean up. Such a waste of time and I was worried about viruses too.
If this sort of thing continues I may have to give up on IF altogether, rather than taking a risk...
