Guys hi! i am a medical student & most of you who are studying in a grad school know dat you hav to give a physical fitness certificate to college. Phobia are neurosis i.e mild psycological pblm like mild depression therefore a person taking his medicine can be allowed to participate. Secondly physical fitness certificate certify no physical deformity like in legs or hands. If Raman's doctor has given in his certificate that he is an asthmatic and his asthma is well controlled by medicine & he feels he is fit to attend this training. No one can object it. As for his Asthma attack, he was relieved by a puff or two so it is not serious. If it was a fatal attack he wont hav been discharged in a day. So I don't think it is a blooper.
