who is/are the negative character/s in the show

I guess all characters except saaz and zaki in some way or the other.

Alvira is the main negative character
The inspector too seems to be negative, don't know why but I have a feeling that he is the one who tried to kill sahir because he is the only person who doesn't know that sahir is not alvira's son, and he has sent that msg
Kurti apa and anam are of course negative but their actions are transparent. We all know they are baddies but they doesn't have any secret plans of their own
I'm short SAAZ and don't forget asharfi is the positive one in the house now 😉

Sahir was grey too 😆 he snatched arzoo from zaki so negative all are .
Arzoo said yes to zaki to marry she was too but to teach sahir the lesson .
I think in Hs are human not cheesy like Other shows .

Not to forget arzoo's family is positive minus Zara though they disappeared ...Alvira is cunning like fox but I still feel there is some one who double crossing her .

Yeah i guess all characters are human and have flaws and have two sides.
