Why have i still got a warning level?

hey i had a warning level becouse i posted article from tellychakkar and i have had the warning level for a while now and it has not decreased yet.

i want to no why have i still got it ?

its because Mods/viewbies cant decrease ur warning level until 3 months have passed by 😳
