When Ganga tries opening the dam doors, Madan charges towards her. In the scuffle, Ganga loses her balance but is pulled to safety by an angry Sagar Bhatia, the owner of the construction company that built the dam. Thakur and Madan's efforts to coddle Sagar fail, as he is more interested in inspecting the dam instead. Bua holds Ganga responsible for all the fuss and tells her to be grateful to Madan for providing for them.
