Desp Housewives S4

I live in India & we dont get abc channel here 😭 . I want to watch the new season of DH as soon as it starts on Sept 30 in the US. How can I do this?😕 Is there any way to D'load it? Or get abc in India? Or is there any other channel which airs it? Star World is way behind😡!!!!!!!!
