i think Sagar's bro is Rajesh Shringarpure.

This same actor plays Lord Krishna in the serial Saarrthi.

Its def not mahen from KAA. But i was wondering why he is not shown fully. If he was just another character what wrong with showing his full face talking to his brother. But i have a feeling he is a negative character and thats y they are not showing his expressions when he talks to Sagar.

i thought the same thing, wow cool, he did look a bit like that. maybe it's him.

they're taking their time in showing the character properly so i'm guessing he plays a really big role? maybe ganga might go and work for him...

Don't know but as anonymous123 is saying...Sagars brother might have a big part in the story...so thats why they aren't showing him at the moment.
