Disha Vakani is all set to tie the knot in the months to come with a person named Mayur, who is a Gujarati and belongs to the Vaishnav caste. He is a resident of Mumbai and is believed to be a businessman.

Reportedly, small screen actress Disha Vakani popularly known as Dayaben is all set marry a Mumbai based businessman. The actress has agreed to tie a knot after consulting her mentor-cum-producer Asit Modi.

A source informs, "More than Disha, her father is very much worried about the marriage. He has been to Mumbai several times to search for a groom. They have seen many boys; but at the end it's the matter of destiny. Many of them are in search for Dayaben and not real Disha Vakani. Also, producer Asit Modi is helping her out in searching for a right partner."

When Daily Bhaskar.com contacted Bhim Vakani, father of Disha Vakani, he neither confirmed it nor denied it. "I want the media people to ask this question to Asit Modi. He is the right person to give the answer. If marriage will take place, we will surely invite everyone."

I didn't understand why did disha's father make that statement. A producer has no right to stop anyone's marriage just because he/she will not be available for shooting for few days.After all,he has granted leave to many actors like munmun,dilip and others to take vacation or fulfill their personal work.Why is disha's marriage dependent on asit modi?😕

So if there's another article on this matlab this news is true. Sad to know that she was not getting a guy because of her dayaben image.I guess everybody wanted her to become a housewife, cook lots and lots of food and do garba at the drop of a hat.Hope she finally got a good and understanding life partner.

People are searching for Dayaben not for Disha vakani...it is so strange that in 21st century people want to marry sari clad dependent house wife Daya instead of independent Disha.
Disha's father seems to be very tensed for her marriage because I think more than half of the grooms must be willing to marry her just because she has name,fame and money.
