Love Scenes and jokes are good. But the love story between Abhijeet and Tarika is too horrible. Best couple was Vivek and Tasha. In all English Detective Series we can see Love Scenes. (Best example:Castle)The problem with comedy scenes is that something they use Jokes during the examination of Dead Bodies.

Agree that CID improved a lot in last 2 years. But I don't have any problem about love scenes if they are in limit. Cops can have personal life also. Actually I didn't like the fact that they stopped Daya Shreya track abruptly. Which was good in my opinion.
My fav. case of current period will be that killer game. Where dead bodies were changed & Abhi found out culprit in awesome way. That was really good detective case.
Though I don't think it's golden period . My golden period will be 1998-2004. 2005-2007 was also good. But CID lost its charm continuously after 2007.

CIDit's dark era was 2010 to 2014. especially Akhri Chunauthi.
