Does the promo hint that taking care of baby Amara/Darkness means you'll be getting nightmares. 🤔 And those nightmares are the flashbacks/visions Sam is having?

SPN promos are never that specific. 😆 But I would assume that Sam's visions are related to God & old characters we haven't seen for a while.Dean's visions will be related to darkness.From what I got, Jared had said that both the boys are have different types of visions as in the sources are different.

^^ Oh never underestimate the ability of the editor of the promo's. We have had plenty of discussions over promo's the past seasons and turns out our predictions were right most of the times. 😆 But this time, I do think what you said makes more sense.
