I PMed Sree but no reply. These ads are really sick. IF doesn't allow any posting of that kind, so ads should not be posted either. Hopefully the mod team will take some action.

I know! Today when I logged in, I was shocked! I have never seen anything like this on IF before.

We have reported the issue to Google. Its unfortunate that it skipped Google filters or probably the guy/gal at Google Ads who approved the ad didnt find anything wrong with that particular ad.

We are waiting for a reply from Google.
