Not just in this article . Even in the Jash e CID episodes this mistake was done by Freddy . He said to Pankaj : " Tumhe pata hai , pahle Abhijeet sir ka role Ashutosh Govarikar kar rahe the " I was like 😲 . Because maine pahle se hi Viren vale epi dekhe hue the .

Abhijeet replaced Viren and Aditya replaced Ashutosh. Viren was a tough cop so was abhijeet so they are confused. Wiki and few more sites where cid's detail is given it is mentioned that Abhijeet replaced viren
