Umm...the fact that Dr. Salunkhe is holding the skull in his hand and it looks intact means that facial reconstruction is possible.
Sickle cell anemia. Some of what Dr. Salunkhe said is right, but it's not an infection. It's genetic and is visible from 5 to 6 months of age. And people with this anemia have a lifespan of 40 to 60 years old and have various problems. FW if you're going to name a real problem then at least get your facts right!
