Watched the episode..it was entertaining. One decent episode per week is better than two average episodes per week. Good to see some natural on-the-job moments of team bonding. That's what I like the most in profession-focussed shows.

I agree, a fixed time should be given. However, CID's main issue was quality detoriation, and I believe episodes are being filtered out.
