why did rahul get married to nina???

hi guys i was wondering if sum1 can tell me why rahul married nina when he was meant 2 marry miilee. plz can sum1 tell me as i missed a few episodes in between!!

um.... well therez 3 reasons 4 it.

1 :neena said that she that she waz pregnant with rahuls kid 🤢
2: miilee told rahul that she didnt love him, she waz just playing with him 😭
3: miilee said that she wud never wont hiz and ninas kid 2 live without a dad
