Who would be the contestant that this song suits the best?

I just happened to stop by this fantastic performance (especially the 2nd half) from one of the Indian Idol contestants Hemachandra, not sure which year and I was wondering if someone from the current contestants has to sing this number, whom would this song suit the best? This is my all-time favorite song, so I am really desperate to see someone take it up in the coming episodes. So, what do you think? Who would that one singer be? Appreciate your two cents...

I've heard Revanth sing the Telugu version of this song, and he was good (haven't heard the original Telugu version).

But I'd have loved to hear Shravan sing this.

Yeah some songs are hard to better. But I really would've liked Shravan to sing this.

I agree!! Infact on his FB page he's uploaded a jugalbandhi with KB where he sang a little bit of chithiye and he is so good.
Would've loved him to sing more contemporary or atleast songs from the 90's - from films like Bombay, Roja, Dil Se

From the Current lot -- Malavika

Top 10 -- shravan would have been the hands down choice -- maybe even give a run for the original
