But Saanjh directly accusing Maya without any solid proof seem illogical. I mean, see, Saanjh feels Prem' s death was not an accident (ok), she saw wires were cut and confirmed it was indeed a murder (ok), Maya is killer because "wo kahin bhi aa jaa sakti hai" (???). On top of that, everyone is believing without questioning.

Logically, only family members were present at that time, so first doubt should be Samay. Going by her logic, Maya came to their house and killed Prem (Saanjh was at the main door at that point of time) but no one saw it and she ran away. Suman told her Maya was in hospital that time but that thing got overshadowed

Cvs are trying to create a love angle between Saanjh and Samay I guess, that's why Samay changed so suddenly and no one asked Samay about the email as well.
