Shirpa said Rajeev (Samay) is Maya's Sach. However, Ashwin said Maya's sach could put her behind bars for like 20 years. Maya knowing Samay and him helping her to gain back control on the company which Ashwin snatched from Jaanvi can't put Maya in jail.
There has to be something more to it which is not shown yet, maybe it will get revealed in Season 3?
