Nowadays ppl don't even bother about padmashri and padmabushan ..infact they are rejecting the award if it comes late.. 😆 what's a big deal ! Labelling shame is unnecessary!

People winning or not winning padmashri/padmabhushan don't go through such elaborate schemes, strong publicity and PR gimmick, so it does matter and bother to THEM. 😛😆 As a show it is not a big deal that I agree.
