I somehow think Arjun killed the pundit this doubt is not due to Maya's non acceptance of this particular crime but because of Arjun's need to marry Maya...I can be wrong as Maya is the potential killer...Regarding those 3 years Maya didn't suffocate Arjun without any reason that's for sure maybe his and his dusky's antics in drunk state triggered her...When Maya says Arjun made her a child bearing factory she meant it...he didn't care much for Maya when she faked her pregnancy in S1 well for Arjun she was pregnant but he was busy giving more importance to his bff...Don't know about rest of instances but Arjun-Sanjh's toxic friendship cost them a lot and it will even further...
