Shiney Ahuja Rapist or Victim? DTNpg1

Anyone having any idea if Shiney was actually a rapist or he was framed ? I loose all news about this and his career is finished because of that

The problem with many women such as wives, sisters or mothers is that some guy is always innocent and framed. It happens with most rapists and terrorists because their family refuse to believe that they could do this and often even live in denial.

I always thought it had 50:50 chance. So we can never know for sure

He did get a 7 year conviction (which he appealed against and didn't serve). Judge wouldn't have given that sentence without hard medical evidence of rape.
