Loved today's episode. Everyone sang really well.

Akhtar brothers - they were good, but their song selection let them down. At this stage they've got to realize it's not just how they sing, but also the song they choose that's going to get them votes. It's sad, that they lost out on a good chance to get the ticket.

Chetan - he wasn't great, but he was so much better than usual. When he sang, you could hear his harkats, he needs practice and to be shown the right path. He has a wonderful example in his brother Hemant.

Vishnumaya - it's sad that people think she's weak. Honestly, she's probably the strongest song with Hemant. She chooses such tough songs. Loved her today. And so happy she finally got the tutaari. Sometimes I wonder if the production house is on India forums.

Zaid - this kid is a natural. But today when he started you could tell he was under some pressure. But a few seconds into the performance he forgot about the pressure. Still, I think he wasn't as relaxed as always.

Rohanpreet - I enjoyed his performance today. Like always he chooses brilliant songs. Well executed. I was surprised he didn't get more votes.

Hemant - he was the deserving winner of the ticket to finale this week. This guy can sing anything. He doesn't fail to amaze me. I hope this guy makes it in Bollywood.

Also it seems all the backlash she received has made Monali sweeten up and change her ways, at least for the screen! Acha hai... 😛

akthar brothers: i didnt like their performance, i feel like they need to try different genres, its like the same every week.

vishnumaya : she was too good, looking pretty too... me too expect more from her...

zaid: he was a bit disturbed, I guess it was after what Vishnumaya spoke about him, they should stop doing this, last week aafrren group also were demotivated by showing a vdo clip. the mood affects the performance a lot... but he managed to cope up... i just love him...

chetan: ok ok performance

rohanpreet: it was nice, I enjoyed it... he desrved more votes though, he has a sweet voice, would love to hear him singing "teri deewani- kailash kher"

hemant: that was mindblowing, felt like the performance was too short, he is trying different genres and he is proving himself, superb...

I did not like how they put contestants against each other verbally and there was simply no need of it ... esply before performances 😕 others were still fyn but vishnumaya and akhtar bros took it too seriously! 🥱 its just a singing show not bigg boss!! and now there is less drama so m happy!

Hemant - He won me over this time!! The best performance of the episode, brilliant 👏. I absolutely loved his performance and maybe he sang the bengali version in the end which got to me 😆. I got crazy after that 😆. I know my heart is with Zaid, but Hemant deserved to be the first contender for the ticket to finale.

Yesterdays episode way okay. I expected more from the performances to be honest. Most of them (except Hemant and Vishnus) were quite average in my opinion.
But I am happy there was no drama or anything. And I feel they have forgotten their beloved Sindhu Tai 😛

Is the finale going to have 4 people or is there a double eviction tomorrow or next week?

I also didn't like the pitting the contestants eachother at all. The atmosphere was a little negative because of that. 😕

To the performances in order of my preference:

Hemant- Mindblowing performance. 😲😲 I would have never ever thought he would even attempt such kind of song and then he does and nails it!!!! He is the only one in the show who is constantly trying out different genres and putting everything to risk. Shankar ji is right he is a true artist!! 👏👏👏 He deserved to be the contender of Ticket to Finale round but I have a feeling whoever is going to get the Ticket is not going to win the show so I don't want him to get it to be honest. 😛

Vishnumaya- Loved loved loved her performance SO much. Not only was her sur on point but the song needed a little nathkathness and she was really good at doing this. 👏 I don't know why her score was lower than Zaids 😕 She was clearly better than him. But I really want her to sing something more contemporory, she could have sung Deevani Mastani from the same film, because I know she will be amazing. The classical is getting a little repetitive.

Zaid- I absolutely love the song he sang but this time I felt something was missing. Maybe he was nervous or something. Also he did some mistake which even I noticed. And also shouted a little. And I got so angry when Shanakar ji refused to talk about them. 😔 How will this kid improve if they will not talk about his mistakes. What's the point of singing infront of these big judges if they are only blindly going to praise everyone?

Rohanpreet- Same goes to him. Really love this song but I felt something was missing. He usually brings a certain feel to his performances but this time I couldn't feel anything. Maybe he was nervous as well. I won't even go into the same kind of songs thing with him aynmore haha 😆

Chetan- I have a feeling whoever chooses his song doesn't like him. I'm glad he attempted a different genre 👏 but they could have chosen a more popular and better song I feel. The thing with Chetan is that he has already a very deep and loud voice, so his voice will suit only limited songs (if he doesn't modulate his voice), which is not his foult. But it was a good attempt ⭐️

Also Chetan deserves all the love and praise for his response to Akthar Bros. 👏 They were a little harsh to him (and Vishnu) I feel. But his answer was just fantastic and made me so happy. And then he even went to touch their feets. 😊This just shows what a pure and innocent soul he is. ❤️ I just love this adorable kid. And I am happy there was no elimination. 😊

Akthar Bros- Their performance was forgetful but not their attitude 😒 The things they said to Chetan and Vishnu were quite mean. Especially to Vishnu when they said how they felt she is an actress or something. I didn't even understand what they meant. But both of these lovely kids took it very sportingly ⭐️

All in all it was an okayish episode but I expected more from a semi finals round.

However, I am already getting little upset that there is only one week of Rising Star left. I am gonna miss this show and talking about it with you guys here 😭💔
