error in Logic of sumithra being a snake

if sumithra killed Andy's wife and took her looks..then why did they showed that scence where she and young boy vikrant were being humiliated in naag lok..she was still with andy's wife's face😕...given that Vikranth is 100 years old (atleast) snake...how is it possible that sumithra having the same face of Andy's wife 100 years before andy or his wife were born?😕

Sumithra is a very powerful naagin..then why she cares about property money etc? if she wants money she can easily go to a bank at night with her magical powers she can easily do robbery..nobody can stop her...why does she want andy's will of property..😕
