Blooper or twist

As it had been shown that Munna stopped Ruby indirectly in the house and her dialogues also looks like she is not Chalayan ...but how come suddenly she turned into Chalayan..it means either 3-4 episodes back, that was a mistake or blooper or have the writer's planned some twist
