I think he tried to seduce her even by coming in front of her in wet towel but Naina Devi is still not ready for romance. So at the end he got fed up and thinking of winding up he honeymoon early.

I don't think because he is fed up coz usko pata hai she needs time and Naina ko idea nai hai, hoskata hai Naina ne padhai ki baat ki toh obviously honeymoon Mein padhai ki baat sunega toh ladka ticket book toh Karega hi

I think he is just saying this...to push her into letting him seduce her...so i think after the garden scene they will go back to hotel supposedly to pack and naina will be upset and then our hero will come shirtless and surprise her...
