Sameer won't want Naina not to be in her senses especially when they will get intimate for the 1st time.
If naina didn't have a cold sameer wouldn't have even thought of making her drink it. Naina's sneezing isn't letting him get close to her so he is thinking of the fastest way of getting her cured after all not long before they go back and Bechara hasnt managed to even get to phase one. 😆
