Oh she has an interest..she very much does. Her existence in the Bb house is centered around Shukla. So naturally she doesnt want to piss him off. She is in love with him and does not want to do anything that questions him. She never said 'relationship' . She said personal matter. Secondly Arti is not the one to decide if it was a romantic relationship or not. She is better off deciding if she is sane or not.
