I dont get it!

I really dont understand......y is it that whenever Par is in need of money.....Shubh goes n asks dat freaky guy.....who has got like 1 billion rings in his fingers😆........y cant he look for a job or try a legal way of attaining money??...This is only going to cause problems fer him......n i cant see Shubh in trouble....poor guy!!!😭
