Online TRP decreased once again

Why is the the trp low for this show. Compared to other shows IPZN is more realistic and tackles real life issues. Plus the lead pair, their story, the actors’s chemistry are truly amazing. I don’t live in India and so I can only watch this show through Sony’s YouTube account. Are the views and likes accumulated through YouTube counted?
