Yeah, unfortunately Neha Kakkar singing Yaad Piya Ki didn't work. Her voice is great for certain types of songs but not for Falguni Pathak remakes.

She used to come & perform live garba in the US. Have performed on some of her songs when I was part of dance stage shows. She is a great singer.

There are several singers today who cannot sing without auto-tune, but Falguni is amazing when singing live.

I don't know but popular opinion is that she is Sriti Jha. Her YoB is 1986 and O Piya was released in 2001. Does she look that young in O Piya ?

Ofcourse I remember her. Grew up listening to her songs. I still play them. The themes can be silly but also kinda fun and such a sweet voice!
