I agree with 1st and 2nd second options.

Yathu - there better be a good reason for bringing his mum to live with them. ie he knows mum is faking and want to expose her. Otherwise another u-turn in Yathu just like vaibhav. Writers lost the plot

I’ve heard rumours that vaibhav will inform Manav that Akansha is faking her illness. That is a case of “seeing is believing” 😆
