who was rosaline???

^Okay, so in the beginning of the book Romeo thinks he's totally in love with Rosaline, who was a Capulet, and so his friends, (I believe it was Benvolio) make him go to a Capulet party and there he "falls in love" with Juliet.

So Rosaline was his first (Capulet) crush.

yea i noticed that too, but could it hold any significance? i mean edward loves rosalie as a sister..and nothing more, and always has...and plus she and emmett are made for each other nahi?

Yea..we're doing R&J in English..so I'm like Rosalie..Rosalyn!..but they're pronounced differently..

Rosalie= Rose-a-lee
Rosalyn=Roz-a-lin

So I don't think it really does!

you know like she liked edward at first becuase he did not show any preference for her so that could be a reason!
