She's gotta be wearing panties with transparent straps on the sides. The dress looks like a wash cloth thats held together with a kid's bangles. She's pretty ,but this is not a great look .

Transparent strap itne bhi transparent nahi hote ke dikhey ho nahi. Zoom karke dekha, kuch nahi hai.

Its a beach dress made out of towel material. I dont think theres anything under it

She wears it so that - mostly - the males ask the question that got asked here
