“From the debates of Adi Shankaracharya to the spiritual humanism of Swami Vivekananda, the essence of Hindu thought has always been dialogue, not diktat. It has thrived on plurality.”

We are not living in Adi Shankaracharya and Swami Vivekananda era.
traditional Hindu values of tolerance, patience and dialogues have been misunderstood as weakness, leading to a "mental and physical onslaught" on the community.

Why should only Hindus carry the burden of being tolerant, and that this tolerance is not reciprocated by other communities?

Also ..tolerance costed us 1000 years..bharat was enslaved due to this passiveness & now they come & say bharat is their country too..f it yaar ...tell me any part of the world where ppl from diff religions live together peacefully ..usa ?? Lol..there are divides amongst muslims too ..is 1000 years history so easy to erase ?

So the other community can show some tolerance , they will know how it feels to be on the other side ..follow the gandhian principle ..how many are tolerant here?

Anyways everyone here is mixing up thr core issue of terrorism, extremism with religious divide ..face the truth, they need to change their ideology..

Like Mughal-e-azam influenced us to believe in Salim Anarkali’s eternal love. Jodha Akbar convinced us that Akbar looked like Hrithik, while few books suggest Jodha was not even Akbar’s queen.

There r many such influences..these r just couple of examples

It’s so funny to see people claim the movie is spreading religious venom or that it’s anti-muslim blah, blah, blah. If terrorism has no religion, how does a movie that is anti-terrorism become anti-muslim or accused of spreading religious venom? Like make it make sense 😂

They probably wanted Rakesh Dakait instead of Rehman dakait, major Indresh instead of Major iqbal, and gurukul with RSS ajents instead of madrasa with trainee jihadis. Only then would have the film passed the secular-liberal criteria of approval and termed as non propaganda. You are only supposed to show the peaceful ones as victims not as criminals or terrorists. That's like an unsaid rule of Bollywood.

Since the Movie showed peacefuls as non peaceful it's definitely anti muslim. I agree with them in their outrage.
