Yet okay... digging deaper into the whereabouts of all the lakhs of crores and India's current financial status is not part of the BW forum (so better not post other tweets of actors to support that 'initiative', I think) - at least I got it that the money given to voters (to get their votes) rarely comes/came from the private 'purses'...
