Tuchel can be anything but overrated. He has managed PSG, Chelsea and Bayern Munich, winning major titles with them. The reason England appointed him was that Southgate often struggled to make brave decisions in high pressure knockout games, something Tuchel had consistently done at club level. But the irony is that he ended up making the same mistakes Southgate used to make. Hence, the immense backlash.
