Welcome back! Hope you had fun making shapes on your bingo cards! Now it’s time for round 2 and this is the round that is all about you. Remember those books we used to read where you could choose your own adventure and move around in the book accordingly? Well we’re going to do something similar here! For the next 3 days, you get to choose your own adventure.

First, choose your puzzle. You must select 2 a day and you must do all 3 at least once. You can either complete a sudoku, a 6-person logic puzzle, or a crossclimb word puzzle. You must select 2 different puzzles each day. You cannot do 2 of the same puzzle.

But, here’s the twist. Each puzzle has a different amount of bingo numbers associated with it and it will vary between 3 numbers, 10 numbers, and 20 numbers. And those amounts will change each day. What this means is that if you choose a sudoku today, it could have only 3 bingo numbers revealed with it, but tomorrow it could have 20 bingo numbers associated with it. Or it could have 3 numbers associated with it both today and tomorrow. That’s the Shreya twist!

Now you can either select your puzzles for all 3 days in one go or each day by midnight IST. I will then send you the puzzles and the bingo numbers immediately after the deadline of the day. Now I know some of you will read this and think - oh why bother attempting the puzzles then. But here's the thing. On the first day, while you'll get the bingo numbers with the puzzles, if you don't attempt the puzzles, then I will not send you the bingo numbers on the other 2 days. In fact, I'll send you the puzzles, but without the bingo numbers.

Completed puzzles are due by the next choice deadline.

To make it easy, here is the full breakdown of the deadlines for this round:
Day 1 choices due by July 31 11:59 PM IST
Shreya will send PM by Aug 1 12:15 AM IST
Day 2 choices + day 1 answers due by Aug 1 11:59 PM IST
Shreya will send PM by Aug 2 12:15 AM IST
Day 3 choices + day 2 answers due by Aug 2 11:59 PM IST
Shreya will send PM by Aug 3 12:15 AM IST
Round 2 deadline + day 3 answers + bingo cards by Aug 3 11:59 PM IST

For each fully completed and correct puzzle, you will earn 500 points. If your puzzle is 50% or more correct (but less than fully correct) you will receive 200 points. Else you will simply get a 0 for the puzzle.
For your 2 bingo cards, you can have a maximum of 3 lines per card. For each line, you will get 100 points. If you get 3 lines on a card, then you will earn an additional 100 points for that card.

Yes exactly. 6 in 3 days. You can do the same puzzles if you want, but you need to try 1 of each type of puzzle at least. So if on the first 2 days you only choose sudoku and logic puzzle, I will mandatorily give you crossclimb on third day.

6-person logic puzzle is where I give you a few items and a few people - 6 each. And then clues to match them together. Each puzzle and item can only match once.

A crossclimb word puzzle is where you are trying to get from word A to word E by changing only 1 letter at a time. But in this case I give you clues. So you have to solve the clues to get the 5 letter word and then order them correctly.

I will give you these details when I send you the puzzles. So you won't be on your own.

And of course they'll be hard. That's why they're worth 500 points each. And that's why it's 200 points for 50% or more correct. smiley37

Yes. The point is that you have to attempt the puzzles. If you don't even attempt them then you won't get any numbers on remaining days. And I don't mean put 1 number in a sudoku and you're done. An attempt actually has to seem like one. Like maybe you do 10 numbers on the sudoku and then get stuck. Or you tried to do 2 or 3 matches in the logic puzzle. Or you at least attempted the clues in the crossclimb.
