I’m astounded at how the logic in this show works because it never ceases to amaze me how in the world are we supposed to believe this crap when we obviously don’t get as high on crack or other drugs like these writers do.

So, the logic behind picking Vaishnavi is that the older bahus let the house be divided. I mean… what did Tulsi think was gonna happen? Why is it that no one is willing to tell her that the home was divided because the brothers kept arguing and the wives were bound to support their husbands over anyone else ultimately because duh…

The brothers were divided as it is not being too close from the beginning because of obvious reasons but now thanks to her admission of guilt they had even more differences pop up because Gautam was supporting his mom for once and Karan was pissed off at her as he hates her now for obvious reasons too. Nandini not revealing the truth courtesy of the promise Tulsi made her make meant that Nandini would not be able to tell Karan the truth and he hates Tulsi which is bound to have a domino effect.

Niyati being affected by the decision of being sidelined is weird because she has barely been in the home and while she’s older than Vaishnavi she’s certainly not in the running when compared to Damini and Nandini.

Baa picked Tulsi because her own bahus were always very dismissive and rude to her, they insulted her and made her feel small and insignificant in her own home whereas Tulsi was always respectful of her and paid heed to her words and advice. It also helped that Baa knew that Tulsi was well acquainted with the whole family and was basically helping run the household even before her marriage to Mihir as she had essentially grown up in SN. Vaishnavi is genuinely a newbie in comparison by all means as though she’s married into the family for a second time she’s not as well versed with the family. Hilarious how Nakul is absent from the show since the marriage because he served his purpose and gave Tulsi her bahu.

The brothers were the highlight of tonight’s episode. Saahil calling Karan & Gautam out was better than watching some other crap like Tripti and her simp of a husband any day. I also liked how Saahil took offence and stormed off when both Karan and Gautam united to make him feel like an outsider.

I am liking Gomzi and Damini more day by day. Pehle baar koi couple legacy badhane layak laga is show mein without being mahaan or goody two shoes while still being best parents and best in laws and best Bahu beta. At least Damini has no sautan and Gomzi has no affair post his marriage with Damini. In every real life family, ideologies of all generations aren’t completely in sync with each other or completely opposite. They have common vied on some points and opposite views on others and even though narrative shows Tulsi as right 24/7, some places we can find Gautum and Damini right and Tulsi wrong. About Karan Gomzi is 200 percent correct yet his stance, hatred and grievances always feel more dignified. I also never saw him manhandle a lady like Karan did with his Bahu. Also no matter how modern parents can be, no good parent is shown as extremely lenient to point of borderline neglect. A good parent sets a right example when their child goes down a wrong path like when Gomzi backed out from taking money from Noina and chose to tell TuHir the reality of Noina. Nothing can be more fitting than the eldest biological child of a couple being the one primarily responsible for their reunion especially when he is supposed to be a gray character. They didn’t reunite instantly but because of Gomzi seeds of their reunion were sown. Also Gomzi eventually asking Tulsi to return to SN for their family was his thing. He is more responsible for Tulsi returning than Karan. Gomzi admitted he felt Tulsi won’t return and Karan just suggested him to try to ask her once. Then him finally taking the fall for sake of their son which made Damini and Nakul have a change of heart and Nakul himself admitting he caused the accident to the police and trusting his dad. Nakul was willing to be in jail and had faith his parents would take him out and they did. I don’t see 1 bit of as much goodness in Karan’s kids as I saw in Nakul that day. Love makes u better person and u can truly see it in case of these 3. Also he loves Damini more than Karan and Sahil loved either of their wives. Heck he seems like the only man who respects his wife consistently, only one woman man in this house of professional cheaters and bhaladkaaris. Also loved how Damini isn’t jealous of her DIL and is supportive of her even though she doesn’t have true idea of Vaishnavi being a victim of molestation and that Vaishnavi and Nakul weren’t a thing back 10 years ago. A relationship where there is love but no respect is temporary even if it is for 10 years or 30 years or 1 year or 1 month but a relationship where trust communication and respect exists as first prerequisites is a relationship which allows room for love to eventually enter and relations like that last lifelong. Gomzi and Damini don’t act lovey dovey or sweet or adorable but they love each other and it feels grounded and mature. They aren’t sickeningly sweet and portray an image of a perfect family like KN and Parth. Also love how Gomzi not only got Raunak bailed but made his record clean and clear even though that wasn’t the part of the deal. The duo didn’t approve of Vaishnavi but they would have accepted her even if Karan wasn’t in play and Gomzi actually took stand for his DIL. Also Gomzi trolling Karan scenes remind me of Mihir trolling Noina Darling. Looking at Gomzi, he truly has best qualities of both his parents yet he isn’t infallible. He was went to jail for his child, took stand for his DIL and accepted the woman his son loved even if he had reservations about her, tore the pay check given by Noina to secure Nakul’s future as it was a bribe, willingly revealed Noina’s deceptions to TuHir and when his mother was willing to give everything including her life for Gomzi’s sake, Gomzi didn’t even ask for one thing for himself or his family but for his dad, grandmas, sister in laws and siblings (Shobha whom he loves Sahil whom he also loves and I think he cares for adopted kids as well to a certain degree, at least more than Karan as adopted kids are related to Tulsi by blood and aren’t products of deceit and manipulation. Maybe he felt bad about helping Ranvijay). Also dude is obsessed with matchmaking like his mom and sister ie he tried to get Pari and Aryan married. His bond with Aryan as a superior and a senior was reminiscent of Tulsi and Vaishnavi’s bond in which seniors and mentors treat their employees and protégés like family while also enjoy trolling them. He wasn’t unreasonable and classless like his step brother even when he had reservations about his family. His sister and mother still had a special place in his heart even though he had reservations about their actions and many of his reservations were genuine. In these aspects he is truly Tulsi’s son through and through but not a carbon copy of her who preaches every word she says like a gospel like KN used to. No other child of Tulsi is as close to being as consistently similar to her as a human(not as mahatmas like Shobha and Ritik although I still like them) Bahu similar to her was Ganga and not Nandini. Also Ganga and Damini were a duo even though a duo of good bahus but still a tight knit duo. Both Damini’s had more chemistry with Ganga than Nandini and Ganga or even Damini and Nandini in S2. Damini and Ganga ko dekh kar kabhi nahi laga they have been married to the same man once in different stages of their lives. Speaking of Gomzi and Mihir, both have tendency to make huge blunders but both learn to grow and change as people. Also both have a great sense of humor. Both truly love their children and both haven’t raised their kids to be bhaladkaris. Pari was bad but she wasn’t Parth Virani level bad. Both are capable of extreme anger and hate but they don’t cross lines like Karan does. There is a sense of dignity in their anger. Both have suffered separation from their wives for a long time. They just can’t stand separation. Both aren’t prioritised by Tulsi Maiyya and yet both are emotionally dependant on her. Both are masterclass trolls who don’t even spare their loved ones. Both want Tulsi Maiyya to prioritise them but Tulsi Maiyya always prioritised Karan.Both of them dote on 50 plus Shobha like hell. Also Mihir Uncle also loves his employees like Tulsi and Gomzi. Look at Mihir Papa and Vrinda’s bond during Vrinda the physiotherapist arc. Nobody likes their physiotherapist and her kids that much. Nobody likes their junior that much that they want them to practically join the family. That’s TuHir’s Nishani
